By using this website and engaging with the services of Dt. Hashika Vyas Clinical Nutrition, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

Dt. Hashika Vyas provides online dietitian consultations, personalised Indian diet plans and nutritional guidance. All services are provided online via Zoom or Google Meet. Services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency care.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must be present during consultations and must provide consent.

Payments and refunds

Program fees are communicated on the discovery call before any commitment is made. Fees are payable in advance for each program month. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. A consultation fee may be retained for sessions already delivered.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete health information
• Follow the agreed program honestly and communicate any changes in your condition
• Attend scheduled consultations or give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule
• Continue any existing medical treatment unless advised otherwise by your doctor

Results vary from person to person. Statistics shared on this website represent client outcomes and are not guaranteed for every individual. Your results will depend on your specific condition, adherence to the program and other individual factors.

Intellectual property

All content on this website including text, images, diet plans and program materials is the intellectual property of Dt. Hashika Vyas. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dt. Hashika Vyas is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the services provided.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
