About Me

Hi, I Am Hashika Vyas

As a dedicated nutritionist and dietitian, I’ve made it my mission to go beyond traditional diet plans to tackle the root causes of lifestyle-related issues like obesity, diabetes, and other health concerns. Unlike many who simply hand out meal plans, I believe in addressing all the pillars of good health, guiding my clients not just on what to eat but how to store and cook their food, what habits to avoid, and even how to improve sleep quality.

For me, it’s not just about what’s on your plate—it’s about changing mindsets. I take time to explain the “why” behind every recommendation, helping people understand the reasoning behind changes so they can stick to them with discipline. This mindset shift is key to long-term success, and I enjoy educating clients on the science of nutrition through real-life case studies. My goal is to debunk common myths and provide clear, evidence-based advice.

For example, many believe that Roti (Indian Bread) is unhealthy simply because it contains wheat, which has gluten. But unless you’re gluten intolerant, there’s no need to avoid wheat entirely. Moderation is key—balance a few Rotis with a larger portion of vegetables. Similarly, I help vegetarians discover the wide range of protein-rich options available to them. The idea is to empower you with knowledge so you can make smart, informed decisions about your health for the rest of your life.

Ultimately, my goal is to reduce dependency on medications by fostering a natural, balanced lifestyle. If you’re ready to take charge of your health and wellness, one step at a time, I’m here to guide you. Let’s make this journey together.

What I Do for Healthy Nutrition?

I’m fortunate to have happy clients from all over the world, each with their unique challenges. Some of my clients lead incredibly busy lives, making it nearly impossible for them to cook. In these cases, many dietitians might suggest takeout or meal tiffins to ensure they get their necessary carbs, fats, and protein. While that might be scientifically accurate, it encourages a reliance on eating out. Instead, I work within their schedules, helping them move away from ultra-processed and packaged foods and guiding them toward quick, nutritious snacks. It’s all about helping them understand why their habits are harmful and guiding them through small, manageable changes.
On the flip side, I’ve had clients with plenty of time on their hands but who are highly restrictive due to obesity or body image concerns. In these cases, it’s not just about handing over a diet plan—it's about helping them shift their mindset. While my title may be “nutritionist” or “dietitian,” I’m often acting as a psychologist, motivator, coach, and wellness mentor all rolled into one. My role goes far beyond nutrition; it's about holistic well-being and personal growth.
