Gut Health Program

Heal your gut.

IBS · Bloating · Acidity · SIBO · Leaky Gut · Post-Antibiotic Recovery

IBS is not in your head. A clear colonoscopy does not mean nothing is wrong — it means the problem is functional, not structural. Most gut conditions respond to the right combination of food sequencing, nervous system reset and clinical Ayurvedic herbs. Not elimination diets. Not probiotics taken alone.

I personally recovered from IBS-D using the same three-phase method I build for every gut health client. That is not a marketing line. It is why this program works when others have not.

70% of gut health clients see improvement by week 3.

PCOS Nutrition Program

Balance your hormones.

PCOS · PCOD · Irregular Cycles · Hormonal Weight Gain · Fertility Support

PCOS and PCOD are not the same condition. Your treatment should not be the same either. PCOS is an endocrine disorder. PCOD is an ovarian condition. The dietary approach, the herb selection and the cycle-phase planning differ significantly between the two — and most dietitians do not make this distinction.

Every plan in this program is built around your cycle phase — not a fixed weekly template. Ragi, methi, spearmint tea, Goji berry and targeted Ayurvedic support are built into the plan, not added as optional extras.

60% of PCOS clients see measurable hormonal improvement by week 3.

Weight Loss Program

Lose weight sustainably.

Hormonal Weight Gain · Cortisol-Driven · Gut-Driven · Insulin Resistance · Thyroid

Not all weight gain has the same cause. Hormonal weight, cortisol weight, gut-driven weight and insulin-resistant weight each require a different approach. Treating all four the same way — with calorie restriction — is why most programs fail. This one identifies your specific driver first.

Sustainable weight loss starts with understanding your body, not fighting it. Every plan is built on Indian food. No starvation. No elimination. The mindset work is not optional — it is built into every consultation because without it, the weight comes back.

100% of weight loss clients see results within 3 months.
How Every Program Is Built

The gut, the hormones and the metabolism
are not separate problems.

Your gut bacteria produce 90% of your body's serotonin. Your cortisol disrupts your insulin. Your insulin drives your PCOS. Your PCOS drives your weight. These connections are why treating one condition in isolation — which is what most nutrition programs do — produces partial results at best.

Every program uses the same three-phase method. What changes is the specific Indian diet plan, the Ayurvedic herb selection, the cycle-phase focus and the clinical target.

How I developed this approach →
I
Identify the root cause
Full intake covering symptoms, history, medications, blood reports, gut function, hormonal picture and stress patterns. The root cause is identified before a single food is changed.
II
Stabilise the system
A fresh Indian diet plan every week. Adjusted for your specific condition, triggers, cycle phase and schedule. Clinical Ayurvedic herbs selected where indicated. Four consultations per month, every month.
III
Sustain overall health
Symptom-free. Food-confident. Eating your full Indian diet without fear or calculation. This is the phase most programs never reach. Every program here is designed to end here.
Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about
the programs.

Many clients come with overlapping conditions — PCOS with weight gain, IBS with hormonal imbalance, gut dysbiosis driving weight. The first consultation identifies which root cause is primary and where to start. We do not treat all conditions simultaneously from day one — we treat the most disruptive one first, and the others typically respond as the system stabilises.

Yes — and this is the most common situation for gut health clients. A clear colonoscopy or normal blood panel does not mean nothing is wrong. IBS is a functional condition. It does not show on standard tests. The same is true for subclinical hormonal imbalances that are within the normal range but driving symptoms. A clear test is not the end of the investigation. It is often the starting point for root-cause work.

Most dietitians give a standard meal plan and review it monthly. Every plan in these programs is built from scratch every week — not adjusted, not reused. The plans are built around Indian food specifically, not adapted from a generic template. Clinical Ayurvedic herbs are integrated where indicated. The gut-hormone-metabolism connection is addressed as one system. And the mindset work is built into every consultation, not treated as separate.

Reports help but are not required to start. If you have recent panels — vitamin D3, B12, iron, thyroid, fasting insulin or hormonal — bring them. They help identify the root cause faster. If you do not have any, the first consultation still covers your full clinical history and a plan is built from that. Blood reports are interpreted and actioned as part of the program, not as a prerequisite.

Gut health clients typically need three to four months for full resolution. PCOS clients need three to six months depending on severity and whether fertility is a goal. Weight loss clients see results within three months — 100% of clients achieve measurable change in that window. The length of ongoing support depends on how complex the root cause is and how long the condition has been present.

PCOD (Polycystic Ovarian Disease) is an ovarian condition where the ovaries release immature eggs, leading to cysts. It responds well to dietary intervention and is often reversible. PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) is an endocrine disorder affecting the entire hormonal system — insulin, androgens, LH and FSH are all dysregulated. It requires a different clinical approach, specific cycle-phase nutrition and more targeted Ayurvedic support. Most dietitians treat them identically. They are not the same condition.

Yes. All consultations are online via Google Meet, Zoom or WhatsApp video call. Clients from the UK, US, Europe, the Middle East and across India all work with me the same way. The diet plans are built on Indian food regardless of where you live — Indian ingredients are available in most countries, and substitutions are made where needed.

The three programs cover the conditions I specialise in. Within gut health, this includes IBS-D, IBS-C, SIBO, leaky gut, post-antibiotic gut damage, acidity and bloating. Within PCOS, this includes PCOD, irregular cycles, hormonal acne, hormonal weight gain and fertility nutrition. Within weight loss, this includes hormonal weight, cortisol-driven weight, thyroid-related weight and insulin-resistant weight. If your condition falls outside these, the consultation will tell you whether I can help.

No — and this is a deliberate design decision, not a compromise. Every plan is built on Indian food. Rice, roti, dal, sabzi, curd, dosa, idli, khichdi, parathas — all of these are used as clinical tools, not treated as obstacles. The problem is never the food itself. It is the preparation, the timing, the combination and the underlying root cause. Clients in the UK and US eating Indian food daily follow the same plans as clients in Mumbai.

Programs start from Rs. 4,000 per month. Every program includes four consultations per month, four freshly built Indian diet plans, WhatsApp support between sessions and same-day response for flare-ups. The exact cost is discussed on the first consultation — there is no commitment required before that conversation.
