Most people cut all carbs from day one and burn out within weeks. I work on how you think about food first. The weight follows from that.
Hormonal weight. Stress weight. Post-pregnancy weight. Gut-driven weight. Indian food. No starvation. No calorie counting. 100% results within 3 months.
The first thing I tell every weight loss client is that cutting carbs from day one is not a plan. It is a shortcut to burnout. When your mind is not aligned with the change, willpower runs out in weeks. The restriction feels like punishment. The hunger feels like failure. And you stop.
I work on the mindset first. How you think about food. Why you eat the way you do. What stress, hormones and sleep are doing to your hunger signals. Once the mind is aligned, the right food choices happen almost naturally. Not from willpower. From understanding.
This is why clients in this program do not just lose weight. They stop regaining it.

Dt. Hashika Vyas · Root-Cause Weight LossCalorie restriction creates a temporary deficit. It does not address why the weight is there. Hormonal weight, stress weight and gut-driven weight do not respond to calorie counting. They respond to root-cause correction.
A diet plan built on oats, quinoa and salad is not a plan for someone who eats dal, roti and rice. Indian food is not the problem. The approach was wrong. Every plan in this program is built entirely on Indian food.
Chronic stress raises cortisol. Cortisol drives fat storage around the abdomen. It also disrupts sleep, raises insulin and increases cravings. No diet plan addresses this. This program does.
Poor gut bacteria reduce the efficiency of calorie absorption, increase inflammation and disrupt hunger hormones like ghrelin and leptin. If your gut is dysbiotic, no diet plan works the way it should. This is addressed in phase one.
Every weight gain story has a root cause. Finding yours is the first thing we do — before a single food is changed.
We identify what is driving the weight. Hormonal imbalance, cortisol, gut dysbiosis, insulin resistance, poor sleep or emotional eating patterns. The plan is built around your specific driver — not a generic calorie deficit.
A fresh Indian diet plan every week. Built around your food preferences, schedule, stress levels and hormonal picture. Gut support, cortisol management and mindset tools are built into each plan — not added as extras.
At target weight and understanding why you got there. Eating wedding food, festival food and restaurant food without anxiety. Not managing the weight. Living at it. This is the difference between a diet and a permanent change.
Check the common causes of weight gain.
When PCOS, hypothyroidism or post-pregnancy hormonal shifts are driving the weight, calorie restriction rarely works. The hormonal imbalance blocks fat metabolism at a cellular level. Correcting the hormonal picture first is the only approach that produces lasting results.
"Most of my weight loss clients have an underlying hormonal or gut issue that nobody connected to their weight. Finding that connection is always the turning point."
Chronically elevated cortisol drives visceral fat storage, disrupts sleep and creates powerful cravings for sugar and refined carbohydrates. No diet plan addresses this without also addressing sleep, stress response and nervous system regulation.
"When someone loses weight and regains it repeatedly, cortisol is almost always part of the picture. The mind and the metabolism are not separate systems."
Disrupted gut bacteria affect hunger hormones, increase systemic inflammation and reduce the efficiency of nutrient absorption. Clients with poor gut health often find that addressing dysbiosis first unlocks weight loss that was completely stalled.
"The gut and the metabolism are deeply connected. I have had clients whose weight only started moving after we fixed their gut first. In some cases that took just three weeks."
Insulin resistance means cells do not respond efficiently to insulin signals, driving fat storage and making it very difficult to access stored fat for energy. The solution is not fewer carbohydrates — it is smarter carbohydrates. Ragi, bajra and carefully timed meals do more than elimination.
"Insulin resistance responds faster to the right Indian foods than most people realise. Ragi rotis and methi seeds in the morning are clinical tools, not wellness trends."

Eliminating carbohydrates is not a sustainable or necessary approach to weight loss for most Indian clients. The issue is rarely the food itself — it is the portion, timing, combination and the underlying hormonal or gut picture. Clients in this program eat full Indian meals throughout.
Clients without hormonal or gut complications typically lose 4 to 8 kg in 3 months. Clients with PCOS or thyroid involvement lose more slowly initially but see consistent progress from month 2 onward. Aditya lost 10 kg in exactly 3 months. Mansi lost 10 to 12 kg in 6 to 7 months with PCOS.
The goal of phase three is for you to not need the plan anymore. When you understand why certain foods work for your body and others do not, the right choices happen almost automatically. Most clients at month 3 say they forgot they were on a program. That is the result this program is designed to produce.
Every client who says they have tried everything has tried generic approaches. None of them identified the specific root cause driving their weight. A hormonal imbalance treated as a calorie problem will not move. A cortisol-driven pattern treated as a discipline problem will not move. The moment the right root cause is found and addressed, the weight moves. Book a call and we identify yours.
